Participating In Blog Advertising Programs Affect PR Ranking?

Now! we’ve heard a lot about many blogs that have their PR lowered. Some form PR5 to a PR3. This is really not a good news. Most bloggers earn money from their blog based on PR. The higher your PR, the more money you can make.
I have so many blogs and all participating in blog advertising programs except one. There were increment in two blogs, one from N/A to PR2 and one from PR2 to PR3. The rest aren’t moving until today… To my horror! Another two of my blogs are suffering from PR demotion from PR3 to PR2. This will easily mean my earning will definitely be affected and might suffer loss of 30-50% of my blog income!
The weird thing is that, one of them with PR3 isn’t participating in any paid post program! It got demoted as well!
I heard people said that taking part in TLA will definitely have your PR lowered but that blog of mine isn’t monetised at all! At least not for now as it’s too new but with decent traffic!
I really don’t know what Google is up to now. Taking part in it also wrong; not taking part in it also wrong. This really sucks!
I’m sure one day those blog advertising programs will not be utilising Google PR. However, if your blog doesn’t have many US traffic, I don’t think you will earn much as those programs are targetting those Western countries such as the US. I would say PR is important to those lower traffic blogs and with not much US traffic. Sigh…
So much of worrying, better go enjoy myself at La Jolla restaurants. Can’t really do much unless you stop joining those programs.

I personally experince this. MY PR from N/A to PR2, 1 week later, once my PPP get approved and start doing it, MY PR straight away drop till PR1.
What is actually happening?
hi johnny, no idea. One of my blog with PR2 actually drop to PR1 and then few days later it got back to PR2. Don’t know what is Google up to. Sigh…
